What We Do
At Linden Unified School District, the Business Services Department plays a vital role in managing the financial operations that support our schools and programs. Our fiscal year runs from July 1st to June 30th, and we adhere to reporting guidelines set by the State of California and the San Joaquin County Office of Education.
Throughout the year, we prepare and submit the following key reports:
- Budget: Covers the entire fiscal year (July – June)
- 1st Interim Report: July – October
- 2nd Interim Report: July – January
- Unaudited Actuals Report: July – June
Additionally, an annual independent audit is conducted to ensure transparency and accuracy in our financial reporting.
