What to bring valid Parent/Guardian Identification/Driver’s License, Proof of age, Proof of residency, Immunization records, and IEP (if applicable). Information regarding open enrollment, including online registration forms and other forms needed for registration, can be found on the Linden Unified School District website by clicking HERE.  

Paper applications will be made available as well at your neighboring LUSD schools and district office. All completed applications will need to be submitted to your neighboring LUSD school starting March 3rd.  

Note: Applications will not be accepted earlier than March 3rd and incomplete applications will not be accepted. (except Kindergarten and/or TK dental & doctor form).
